MONTEREY TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, P.A. 110 of 2006, the Monterey Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at the Monterey Community Building, 2999-30th Street, Monterey Township, Allegan County, to consider the following amendments to the Monterey Township Zoning Ordinance which will replace the original sections in their entirety:
Chapter 3 Zoning Definitions
Chapter 11 Parking and Loading Standards
Chapter 12 Nonconforming Uses and Structures
Chapter 13 Zoning Administration
Chapter 14 Zoning Board of Appeals
Chapter 15 Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance and Map
Section 10.12 Signs
Section 10.42 Fences
